I am at the helm of architecting and rolling out data-driven strategies that notably heightened performance across multiple departments. - Margin Intelligence Platform. Designed and owned a cross-department margin analysis system covering 200+ products across all Canadian provinces, integrating ERP, finance, operations, sales, marketing, and partner data to deliver near real-time margin visibility. Built standardized cost, overhead, and logistics allocation models to calculate true product-level margins, addressing gaps in financial reporting and enabling scalable margin analysis. Introduced data quality monitoring and validation workflows across operational and partner-submitted data, empowering leadership to make pricing, discount, and purchasing decisions that were previously not possible — approving, rejecting, or renegotiating product purchases and discount strategies based on true margin visibility.
- Incentive Pricing Program. Pioneered a targeted discount strategy to enhance promotion efficiency across 30+ chain partners. This strategic shift expanded market presence, transitioning focus from a few large chains to engagements with over 20 retail chains, substantially boosting sales and securing partnership deals as a cornerstone for revenue growth amidst increasing competition.
